MANCH­ESTER’S Belle Vue Sta­dium is set to host it’s big­gest Stock Car and Banger Rac­ing spec­tac­u­lar of 2015 this Sun­day at 3.30.pm.

The event will be a non stop pack­age of 13 full-on con­tact races in­clud­ing the Cham­pi­onship of the World Semi Fi­nal for BriSCA F1 Stock Cars and the big­gest, bad­dest rac­ers on the planet - The Un­lim­ited Bangers. With top de­mons of de­struc­tion from around the coun­try this is the big­gest ever banger event at Kirk­man­shulme Lane.

Revered me­tal bending masochists Team DWO from the West Coun­try will head an all star lineup, while the BriSCA F1 Stock Cars are the world’s tough­est full con­tact oval rac­ers - the ground will quite lit­er­ally shake! This is fam­ily en­ter­tain­ment with great fa­cil­i­ties. No book­ing is nec­es­sary, sim­ply pay on the gate from 2.30. pm, the first race is 3.30.pm.


The or­gan­is­ers of the north west’s big­gest mo­bile beach are promis­ing to pro­vide all the main in­gre­di­ents of a fa­mous sea­side re­sort when they bring the beach to Heaton Park in Manch­ester. The beach will be there to en­joy ev­ery day through­out the sum­mer hol­i­days from Satur­day July 18 to Septem­ber 6.

A gi­ant beach area com­plete with deck chairs, buck­ets and spades, chil­dren’s en­ter­tain­ers and char­ac­ters, as well as a sea­side fun park with tra­di­tional fam­ily rides and at­trac­tions will of­fer guests the per­fect sum­mer treat.

Ad­mis­sion to the event and the beach is free and rides can be sam­pled for up to five hours with an un­lim­ited ride wrist­band for just £7.99.


The ul­ti­mate test of strength, speed and courage re­turns to ITV this sum­mer and you could be in the au­di­ence to watch it all.

Hosts Ben Shephard, Chris Ka­mara and Rochelle Hume are back for the sec­ond se­ries and au­di­ences can watch on as con­tes­tants bat­tle their way through the gru­elling ob­sta­cle course. The per­fect af­ter­noon treat for all the fam­ily, you’ll soon be root­ing for your favourite con­tes­tant in this adrenalin packed show... but can any sur­vive to the end be crowned Ninja War­rior UK?
