RECENT cases heard at South and East Cheshire Magistrates’ Court: ●● RYAN Foster, 24, of Vine Street, Bollington, admitted drink driving, driving without insurance and taking a vehicle without consent. He was given a community order with curfew for four months. He was also banned from driving four two years. ●● DAVID Anthony Hunter, 34, of Stoneleigh Close, Macclesfield, admitted possession of crack cocaine and possession of heroin. He was fined £127. ●● JOANNE Rumsey, 37, of Byron Street, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. She was fined
£37. ●● MICHAL Chimal, 34, of Norton Street, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was banned from driving for two years and subject to a community order. ●● CHRISTIAN James, 42, of Warwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted nine charges of theft. He will be sentenced on August 18. ●● MATTHEW Patrick, 38, of Springbank Farm, Adlington, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance. He was fined £110 and banned from driving for 20 months. ●● IAN James McIntyre, 37, of Waterside, Macclesfield, admitted theft. He was jailed for 12 weeks. ●● IAINE Thomas Jones, 29, of Hulley Road, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage. He was given a community order and 80 hours unpaid work. He must also pay £144 compensation. ●● GLYN Christopher Hayes, 39, of Becks Lane, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage of a car. He was fined £73 and ordered to pay £150 compensation.
