New houses prove a hit with young professionals

Macclesfield Express - - MACCLESFIELD PEOPLE -

A NEW housing development is proving so popular that eager buyers have snapped up most of the homes before they are even built.

The Kingsfield Park development, off Springwood Way, features 172 houses – with three, four or five bedrooms – and they seem to be particularly popular with young professionals, families and people looking to downsize.

Bosses at developer Jones Homes are so happy with sales so far that they are preparing to release the next batch of houses.

The company is also planning to set up a show home and expect it to be open later this month.

Prices for the four bedroom houses still available start at £420,000, or £336,000 with Help to Buy.

Denise Caldwell, sales and marketing director, said: “As soon as we started to build on site, potential purchasers were immediately enquiring about the properties available, so we found ourselves selling most of the first release of homes off-plan, which is fantastic.

“We are confident that these extremely high levels of interest will continue.

“Its position in the beautiful Cheshire countryside makes Kingsfield Park a picturesque place to live.”
