David Tomkinson: What really annoys me is we tried to purchase this land a number of times and we were always turned down. It’s a designated industrial area so all we’re going to get now is complaints from the new residents that we’re too noisy or moan that our vans are parked on the road! Phil Miller: They’ll be too dear and end up owned by housing associations. That’s what always happens and this won’t be any different. So yet again there will be no young families with home ownership to aspire too. Dougie Brown: Parking is a nightmare round there. David Lucky Black: Good!! David Tomkinson: I bet they don’t even ask us to price all the heating work even though we are right on the site boundary!
