Venue given green award
AN award-winning wedding venue has been awarded for its ecopractices.
Heaton House Farm, in Rushton Spencer, has been given Silver Level Greenleader status by global travelling review website TripAdvisor.
The venue, a former dairy farm, started offering accommodation in 2000 when the old grain loft was converted into the first two en-suite bedrooms.
Heaton House Farm now hosts 15 rooms and has attracted 45 five-starreviews on TripAdvisor with guests praising the services, views and accommodation available.
Charley Condliffe, Heaton House farm’s Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, said the venue offered unparalleled views.
She said: “Most of the rooms have far reaching views that expand across three counties and the Cheshire Plains.
She added that each of the rooms at the venue had its own individual style.
She said: “With original farming tools hanging on the walls, gorgeous mismatched furniture and incredible views of Congleton Cloud and the water gardens, it is the perfect place to start the day.”
