He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with cur­few to re­main in­doors from 7pm to 7am for six weeks. ●● ROBERTA Scott, 48, of Mill Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted as­sault. She was given a con­di­tional dis­charge. ●● CHRIS­TIAN James, 42, of War­wick Close, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted nine charges of theft.

He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with cur­few pre­vent­ing him from leav­ing the house be­tween 7pm to 7am for four weeks, drug re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion, and drug and al­co­hol treat­ment. ●● REECE Flynn, 24, of Lon­don Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted breach­ing a com­mu­nity or­der he re­ceived for driv­ing an off-road bike while un­fit from drugs. He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with cur­few ban­ning him from leav­ing his home from 7pm to 7am for 10 weeks. ●● CHRISTO­PHER Wayne Hib­bert, 39, of Per­cy­vale Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted pos­ses­sion of two hack saw blades for use in the at­tempted theft of al­co­hol, shavers and a watch, and at­tempted theft from Sains­bury’s in Mac­cles­field. He was jailed for 20 weeks. ●● JOR­DAN James Hulse, 20, of St Paul’s Court, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted breach­ing a com­mu­nity or­der by fail­ing to at­tend un­paid work ses­sions.

He was given a three month cur­few pre­vent­ing him from leav­ing his home be­tween 7pm and 7am un­til Novem­ber 23. ●● CAR­LEY Her­rmann, 34, of Knight Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted three charges of theft. She was jailed for six weeks and or­dered to pay com­pen­sa­tion of £97.49. ●● LIAM Max Wil­son, 19, of Grimshaw Lane, Bolling­ton, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing or abu­sive words of be­hav­iour. He was fined £100. ●● SI­MON Charles Burn­ley, 40, of Mill Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted in­de­cent ex­po­sure. He was sen­tenced to 18 weeks in prison sus­pended for a year. ●● RICHARD Pick­les, 21, of Fir Court, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted as­sault.

He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion ac­tiv­ity re­quire­ment.

He was also fined £250 and or­dered to pay £200 com­pen­sa­tion. ●● ADRIAN Mur­ray, 19, of Stan­ley Place, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted theft of a mo­bile phone. He was given a con­di­tional dis­charge.
