ANOTHER glorious day at Moss Farm saw the U13s and U11s representing Macclesfield Town Ladies FC.

The U13s were in action against Sandiway Sharks, who they comfortably beat 3-0 with outstanding performances by goalkeeper Leah Bancroft. She made two outstanding saves, aided by defender and man of the match Bella Gale, who put in an excellent defensive performance.

On the score sheet once again, in her new position, was Hannah Booth, with other honours going to Tash Hanks and Annabel Cross from a penalty.

The younger division U11s played two matches against Cuddington & Sandiway, and Frodsham. After two defeats the U11s put in two impressive performances. The first success against Cuddington & Sandiway saw two goals coming from Lily Fallon and the other from Sofia Whitehurst.

In the second match Frodsham witnessed what it was like to be on the end of Lily Fallons’s boot as she put three past them, a well deserved hat-trick. The other goal, also well deserved scored by Faye Hanagan.

Macclesfield U11’s dominated both games, had many chances and were solid at the back.

MLFC stuck to the “New Respect Guidelines” for the development league and pulled one player off to give the opposition team a chance.
