RE­CENT cases heard at South and East Cheshire Mag­is­trates’ Court: ●● MARK Bai­ley, 30, of No fixed abode, ad­mit­ted crim­i­nal dam­age of a win­dow in Poyn­ton. He was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 12 months and or­dered to pay £475 com­pen­sa­tion. ●● JOR­DAN McAu­ley Collins, 19, of no fixed abode in Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted crim­i­nal dam­age of house­hold items in Mac­cles­field. He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 40 hours un­paid work. He was also banned from en­ter­ing Lum­ley Road, Mac­cles­field un­til De­cem­ber 9 and or­dered to pay £70 com­pen­sa­tion. ●● WES­LEY Iain Dixon, 27, of Maple Av­enue, Mac­cles­field, has ap­peared in court ac­cused of us­ing or threat­en­ing violence on an­other per­son and crim­i­nal dam­age. He was re­manded in cus­tody to ap­pear at Ch­ester Crown Court on Novem­ber 25. ●● LIAM Eu­gene Stock­ton, 23, of Byron Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted two charges of breach­ing a re­strain­ing or­der. He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 40 hours un­paid work. ●● JA­SON Dean Has­sall, 29, of Suf­folk Close, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted be­ing drunk and dis­or­derly in pub­lic and breach­ing a sus­pended sen­tence made in Oc­to­ber 2014 for as­sault. He was fined £35. ●● THOMAS David Hop­kin­son, 34, of Priory Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. He was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 12 months. ●● PHILIP James Moss, 62, of Rut­land Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drink driv­ing. He was fined £110 and banned for 16 months. ●● THOMAS Wil­liam Shel­don, 29, of Quay­side, Stoke on Trent, ad­mit­ted two charges of as­sault in Mac­cles­field. He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 40 hours un­paid work. ●● IAN Robert Swain­stonLeigh, 30, of Gorsey Bank, Mat­lock, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour in Mac­cles­field, and re­sist­ing ar­rest. He was fined £40. ●● AMY Suzanne Ste­wart, 33, of Langford Street, Mac­cles­field ad­mit­ted fail­ing to at­tend un­paid work ses­sions or­dered by the court for racially ag­gra­vated as­sault. She was given a six week cur­few. ●● STEPHEN Day, 43, of no fixed abode, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. He was jailed for two weeks. ●● MARK David Ma­herBurns, 35, of Park Road, Con­gle­ton, ad­mit­ted as­sault in Mac­cles­field. He was given a 12 month con­di­tional dis­charge. ●● CRAIG Shaw, 53, of Ni­chol­son Av­enue, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted four charges of as­sault on a ba­sis. There will be a new­ton hear­ing om Fe­bru­ary 18. ●● AN­DREW David Ashton, 44, of Bux­ton Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted be­ing drunk and dis­or­derly, and as­sault. He was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 12 months. ●● CHRISTINE Louise Statham, 37, of Hazel Wood, Wilm­slow, ad­mit­ted be­ing in charge of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle while above the drink drive limit in Poyn­ton. She was fined £443 and banned from driv­ing for three months. ●● PERCY New­ton, 83, of Cop­per Street, Mac­cles­field, de­nied sex­ual touch­ing. He was bailed to ap­pear in court for the trial on Jan­uary 12. ●● THOMAS John Quadrio, 31, of Abbey Road, Mac­cles­field, has ap­peared in court on two charges of con­spir­acy to sup­ply class A drugs. He was re­manded in cus­tody to ap­pear at Ch­ester on Novem­ber 30. ●● SALLY Anne Hall, 47, of Count­ess Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drug driv­ing. She was dined £120 and banned from driv­ing for 12 months. ●● MARCIN Ospow­icz, 35, of Wa­ter­side Mill, Knight Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted tak­ing a ve­hi­cle with­out con­sent and driv­ing with­out in­sur­ance. He was given six penalty points and a com­mu­nity or­der with 100 hours un­paid work. ●● SIMP­SON, 45, of Salop Walk, Mac­cles­field, de­nied drink­ing driv­ing. He was bailed to ap­pear in court on March 3 for the trial.
