He was fined £120. ●● LIAM Eugene Stockton, 23, of Byron Street, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cocaine and breaching a restraining order.
He was given a community order with 40 hours unpaid work. ●● JIMMY Anthony Ashbrook, 43, of Eastwood Caravan Park, Adlington, admitted drink driving. He was fined £220 and banned from driving for 16 months. ●● SAMUEL Dean, 34, of Swythamley Road, Stockport, admitted stealing meat from the Co-Op in Prestbury.
He was fined a total of £80. ●● JACK Gillespie, 18, of Manchester Road, Wilmslow, denied assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
He was bailed to court on April 14 for the trial. ●● ANTHONY William Price, 49, of Chester Road, Poynton, denied criminal damage.
He was bailed to attend court on March 15 for the trial. ●● ANTHONY Edward Walsh, 23, of Pitt Street, Macclesfield, denied assaulting a police constable.
