CASES heard before South and East Cheshire Magistrates Courts: ●● MATTHEW James Harrison, 38, of The Village, Prestbury, denied drink driving. He was bailed to appear in court on March 31 for the trial. ●● CHRISTOPHER McDonald, 45, of HMP Altcourse, Liverpool, appeared in court charged with possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to supply on Poynton Street, Macclesfield, possession of drugs at Portland Walk, Macclesfield, and possession of an offensive weapon. He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester at a future date. ●● LEWIS Carson Marsh, 19, and Stephen Nicolas Carson Marsh, 24, both of London Road, Macclesfield, appeared in court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. They were bailed to attend Chester Crown Court on April 13. ●● ROBERT Raymond Martin Mortenson, 33, of Swanscoe Avenue, Bollington, denied refusing to stop a vehicle when directed by police, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. He was bailed to attend court on April 7 for the trial. ●● JAKE Cotterill, 25, of Mayfield Avenue, Macclesfield, denied two charges of assault. He was bailed to attend court on March 22 for the trial. ●● RICHARD John Chadwick, 44, of Boars Leigh Park, Fold Lane, Bosley, denied theft and assault. He was bailed to attend court on April 14 for the trial. ●● RYAN Marshall Hough, 22, of Paradise Street, Macclesfield, appeared in court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court at a date to be fixed. ●● SAMUEL Thomas Asquith, 23, of Black Road, Macclesfield, denied driving without a licence or insurance. He was bailed to attend court on February 18 for the trial. ●● ANTHONY Jake Cheetham, 23, of Dean Lane, Stockport, admitted drink driving in Poynton. He was fined £235 and banned from driving for 16 months. ●● JAMES Paul McCabe, 24, of Howarth Avenue, Congleton, admitted assault in Macclesfield. He was fined £75. ●● JULIE Ann Silcock, 49, of Renfrew Close, Macclesfield, admitted stealing clothes and food worth £349.67. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months. ●● THOMAS Luke Wood, 18, of Berwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage of a window. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
