He was fined £80 and had his li­cence en­dorsed with three points. ●● RE­BECCA Marie Hill-Ward, 30, of Com­mer­cial Road, Stock­port, was found guilty in her ab­sence of as­sault by beat­ing. A war­rant for her ar­rest was is­sued by the court. ●● KATIE Good­win, 23, of Wick­field Mews, Poyn­ton, ad­mit­ted as­sault by beat­ing. She was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 12 months. ●● DAVID An­drew Sul­li­van, 48, of Black­den Walk, Wilm­slow, ap­peared charged with as­sault by beat­ing in Nether Alder­ley. She was bailed to ap­pear in court on April 12. ●● HAY­LEY Ann El­iz­a­beth Grif­fiths, 20, of Gains­bor­ough Court, Ste­wart Street, Crewe, de­nied three charges of as­sault by beat­ing and crim­i­nal dam­age at Mac­cles­field Hos­pi­tal. She was bailed to court on March 30 for a case man­age­ment hear­ing. ●● CHRISTO­PHER An­drew Walker, 40, of Diglands Av­enue, New Mills, de­nied driv­ing with­out due care and at­ten­tion on Silk Road, Mac­cles­field and fail­ing to stop af­ter an ac­ci­dent in which some­one was in­jured on Au­gust 22. He was bailed to court on June 9 for trial.
