There’s something very therapeutic about doing nothing. This is usually only observed at the poolside on holiday, or for an hour, if we’re lucky, at the weekend.

However, as a GP I must admit that doing nothing is sometimes the best thing we can do. I

Name: Sir Stanley.

Male. Breed: Lop-eared-cross rabbit.

Age: Approximately three.

Black-and-white. Any health issues or other special needs?: None. What type of home would be suitable?: Sir Stanley came with another pair of bonded rabbits as the owner was unable to care for them any more. All three were indoor rabbits. As Stanley used to live as a house rabbit he can be re-homed as such or bonded with a friend to live outdoors. He is very sweet, laid-back and easy to handle. He’s not fazed by household noises, such as the vacuum cleaner and loves his food. Sir Stanley will confidently hop to you when he’s out of his cage, and he is fond of head rubbing you. He is a bold rabbit, timid at first, and loves to chew his toys (which is good for his teeth) and throw balls around. He is looking to be bonded with a neutered female, but he requires a home without any dogs, cats or young children – though he would be fine with teenagers. Housing requirement is a minimum sized 6x2x2ft hutch and ideally an ‘attached’ 6x4ft. run. He is neutered and has been vaccinated and micro-chipped.
