Prison term for attacker
A MAN has been jailed for six months after admitting assault.
Neal Adams, 41, of Ash Grove, Macclesfield, committed an assault occasioning actual bodily harm at a flat on West Park Drive on October 8.
He appeared at Crewe magistrates court on October 14 where he initially denied the offence.
He was remanded in custody ahead of a trial at Chester Crown Court on February 16, where he changed his plea in front of Judge Woodward.
He was jailed for 23 weeks.
