Located on London Road South, the store was officially opened by Jason Kenny and store manager, David Styan, in a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The new store has created 30 new jobs and bosses are still looking for 12 staff to join the team.

Mr Styan, said: “There was a real buzz as the store opened and we are pleased to have had such positive feedback from members of the local community.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone in Poynton for their patience as we have been working on the development, and we hope our new store offers greater shopping choice and convenience for shoppers in the area.”
