I have now been invited to become a trustee of the charity. Which projects have you been involved with recently?: We recently had a very successful Valentine’s Karaoke evening at the drop-in which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. I was also involved in a fundraising dinner dance which was great fun and a chance to see everyone looking very glamorous. Last June we took part in the Barnaby Pop Up Parade in Macclesfield and danced with the Samba band. This cheered up the Saturday shoppers! We can’t wait to take part in Barnaby again this year. What do you enjoy most about doing this?: Seeing everyone enjoying being with their friends and having a purpose to the day that we can all share in.
