Two are on the rise at award-winning studio
AN award-winning digital studio has appointed two new directors as part of its ongoing growth.
Matmi, a ‘digital experience and gamification specialist’ based at Dukes Court in Macclesfield, has made two new senior appointments from within the team.
Nathan Broadbent has been promoted to digital strategy director, and Clair Jones, who was previously project manager, has been named operations director.
Nathan, who has been at Matmi for five years, most recently as lead developer, will lead on digital experiences and solutions.
And Clair will oversee the day-to-day management and implementation of strategy in the business.
Jeff Coghlan, who set up the business and works as chief technology officer, said: “I’m really pleased to welcome Nathan and Clair as directors.
“Over the past few years they have proved to be invaluable members of the team and I’m energised and excited about continuing our future together.”
Entering its 15th year of business, Matmi has helped many SMEs and some of the world’s largest brands achieve their goals through the ‘power of play’.
Matmi design and produce digital experiences that entertain, educate and amaze. They most recently completed a virtual reality / augmented reality project for Alton Towers’ new ride: virtual reality rollercoaster Galactica.
