Forage walk for lunchtime feast
A DAY of foraging and feasting is on the menu at The Lord Clyde in Kerridge.
Visitors will join foraging expert Matthew Normansell of Eden Wild Food on tour of the countryside before returning to the pub, where owner and head chef Ernst van Zyl will create a menu inspired by the wild finds.
Ernst said: “There is a lot of interest in foraging and some wonderful ingredients so we thought a foraging walk was the perfect way to show our guests what can be done with nature’s finds.”
