A MAN who was picked up by police for being aggressive outside a house returned later that night to cause another disturbance, court heard.
Police were called to a property on Church Street, Macclesfield, where they found Marko Bartulovic, 38, drunk outside the house, swearing and becoming aggressive, Macclesfield Magistrates heard.
Bartulovic, of Bowen Close, Bramhall, Stockport was arrested on suspicion of another offence but a short time later was released by police.
Prosecuting, Debbie Byrne, said: “At 10.40pm police received another call from a member of the public saying he was back outside the property on Church Street and he was arrested for being drunk and disorderly.”
Bartulovic pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly on April 16 this year.
Defending himself, he told the court he is an alcoholic and was drunk so can’t remember what happened.
He said: “I’m trying to get help for my drinking. My mum just passed away and that’s why I started drinking but it’s made it worse.”
He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 court costs.
