A DE­LI­CIOUS light sea­sonal soup, which can ac­tu­ally be served cold as a per­fect starter for a bar­be­cue feast in the gar­den. Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents: ●● One ta­ble­spoon olive oil ●● One onion cut into small dice ●● One stick cel­ery ●● Two cloves gar­lic ●● 2000ml chicken stock ●● Two maris piper pota­toes ●● 400g frozen petit pois peas – de­frosted To serve ●● 200g fresh peas – pod­ded and blanched briefly ●● Two ta­ble­spoons
