Driver killed in horror car crash named by police
POLICE have named a 50-year-old driver killed in a car crash.
Susan WintertonBrocklehurst, from Bosley, was driving a Peugeot when it was in collision with a Subaru.
The crash happened on the A523 Leek Road, between Rushton Spencer and Bosley, at 9.50pm on Friday, June 10.
The two men from the Subaru, who are both 24 years old and from Biddulph, were taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital with minor injuries.

Liz Worthington said: “I first met Sue when she delivered a skip to me, I answered the door holding my baby boy, we had a chat about her having a son the same age. “So incredibly sad.” Gordon Ditcher said: “Tragic waste of life.”

“As if Bosley hasn’t had enough deaths and tragedy for one lifetime!
“We are a tiny village with a lovely church, amazing views, great community spirit!

Police are now appealing for anybody who may have witnessed the collision, or has any further information regarding the incident, to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 1164 of 10 June.
