Macclesfield Express - - BEFORE THE BENCH -

AR­SON­ISTS are be­lieved to have set fire to some tim­ber in a for­est. Fire­fight­ers were called to Macclesfield For­est af­ter re­ports of a small fire. The crew at­tended Stand­ing Stone Road and when they ar­rived found that the fire in­volved an amount of tim­ber. The blaze is be­lieved to have been started de­lib­er­ately.
