Pri­mary school stu­dents are on char­ity mis­sion

PRI­MARY school stu­dents were the em­bod­i­ment of their school val­ues when they showed their love and care for the world around them.

Chil­dren at St.Paul’s Catholic Pri­mary School have been work­ing hard rais­ing funds and col­lect­ing re­sources for sev­eral char­i­ties dur­ing.

To cel­e­brate the har­vest, the chil­dren wore their bright­est clothes in ex­change for a do­na­tion to CAFOD (Catholic Agency For Over­seas De­vel­op­ment), rais­ing £129.

The school’s GIFT team (Grow­ing In Faith To­gether) also as­sem­bled an al­ter­na­tive har­vest ta­ble this year, af­ter col­lect­ing toi­letries to do­nate to the char­ity Well­spring, who pro­vide sup­port for home­less and dis­ad­van­taged peo­ple in the lo­cal area.
