A HISTORICAL society will enjoy a talk on standing stones found in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The Moorlands may not have any structures as awesome as Stonehenge, but it does have many prehistoric standing stones from that period of ancient history. Geoff Browne, who has been studying the subject for 40 years, will be presenting a talk to Swythamley Historical Society on Thursday, March 30.
The talk, at Swythamley and Heaton Centre, will begin at 7.30pm.
