(Roast Apri­cots with Al­mond Crum­ble) APRI­COTS are so in sea­son right now. Just watch when you come to use as they can be a touch sour; that be­ing the case just add a frac­tion more sugar.

In this recipe I’ve roasted them and topped them with an al­mond crum­ble. It’s a mar­riage made in heaven! In­gre­di­ents: 20 apri­cots Zest and juice of one lemon
