A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the road for 17 months after crash­ing while above the limit.

Daniel Ed­ward Bradley, 25, col­lided with an­other ve­hi­cle on Black Road, Mac­cles­field, on July 2.

His breathalyser read­ing was 61mg in 100ml breath. The le­gal limit is 35mg.

Bradley, of Cran­ford Av­enue, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drink driv­ing at Stock­port mag­is­trates’ court.

He was fined £300 with £115 costs and banned from driv­ing for 17 months.
