Women to stand trial accused of imprisoning man against his will
TWO women have appeared in court accused of imprisoning a man against his will.
Ivana Mancini, 49, and Lorna Simpson, 61, both pleaded not guilty to unlawfully imprisoning and detaining a man against his will in Macclesfield.
Ms Mancini, of Abbey Road in Macclesfield, also pleaded not guilty to robbery and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Ms Simpson, of St Thomas Road, St Anneson-Sea, was released on bail while Ms Mancini was remanded in custody.
They will appear at Chester Crown court for a trial in October.
