One vandal who the police won’t nick
IT’S not often you can scrawl graffiti on a police van and have officers thank you for it.
But that’s exactly what happened yesterday morning.
Officers from Salford returned to their van at the end of their night shift to find someone had written ‘Love the’ above the word police on the bonnet.
The artist had also drawn a Little Hulton Facebook page reader: “Salford officers have tonight been working in the city of Manchester division to provide extra support when we came back to our police carrier to find this, which put a smile on our faces. “Don’t worry it’s whiteboard marker. No damage caused. Thanks for the support, Greater Manchester.”
