SHE’LL be at the centre of the Coronation Street drama next week as part of an explosive wedding storyline – but Catherine Tyldesley put the chaos of the cobbles behind her as she celebrated her birthday.

The Walkden actress looked stunning as she partied with her super-glam Corrie pals ahead of her 34th birthday tomorrow.

Cath was joined by co-stars Antony Cotton, Bhavna Limbachia, Brooke Vincent, Debbie Rush, Georgia Taylor, Jimmi Harkishin and Tisha Merry at Be Impossible in Peter Street.

Manchester fashion designer Nadine Merabi, Key 103 breakfast show presenter Mike Toolan, her friends from UP Fitness in Manchester and her agent Laura Graham were also among the guests.

Cath, looking stunning in a sleek one-shouldered black top from Topshop teamed with a stylish pencil skirt and a cute leopard print clutch from Karen Millen, toasted her birthday in Be Impossible’s Alpine style gin bar.

The soap favourite, who plays bride-to-be Eva Price, enjoyed gin-based cocktails and finger food and was presented with a personalised chocolate birthday cake.

Sharing a photo of herself with her cake on Instagram, she said: “Thankyou @impossible. manchester @vitalpublicity for the most gorgeous evening ... early birthday celebrations!”

Commenting on another photo of Cath about to hit the town, a fan said: “You are absolutely stunning.”

Brooke, who plays Sophie Webster, also turned heads in a khaki green mini-skirt and blouse ensemble with deep red ankle boots and Bhavna, whose character Rana Nazir is set to have a romance with Kate Connor on the show, wowed in figure-hugging black jeans.

Tisha Merry, who played Steph Britton, showed off her gym-honed figure in a zesty orange mini skirt and cropped velvet top. And Georgia, who plays Rovers Return landlady Toyah Battersby, was all smiles in an animal print shirt as she was spotted carrying a gift for the birthday girl.

Jimmi, who plays shop boss Dev Alahan, flashed a peace sign as he arrived for the bash.

From Monday, trouble will erupt at Eva and Aidan Connor’s wedding and viewers will no doubt be glued to their screens as the bride faces her love rival Maria Connor after she crashes her big day. Maria storms into the ceremony and the two girls end up screaming at each other.

Just before the ceremony Aidan, played by Shayne Ward, reveals to Eva that he has been having an affair with Maria, played by Samia Longchambon, not realising that Eva already knows and has hatched a revenge plan. Maria then gatecrashes the wedding and declares the ceremony ‘a sham.’

Viewers will be on the edge of their seats waiting to see if Maria can call a halt to proceedings.

Actress Samia couldn’t be at Cath’s celebrations but she sent a message on Instagram to her friend, saying: “Have a lovely night darlin... sorry I can’t be there xx”
