STEREOPHONICS are hitting the road again for a major arena tour next year, including a date in Manchester.
The Welsh four-piece, fronted by Kelly Jones, pictured, will play at Manchester Arena on Friday, March 9 next year, during a run of 12 shows up and down the UK.
It’s 20 years since the band released their debut Word Gets Around, which propelled them into the post-Britpop charts. Two decades on and nine studio albums later they’re still going strong, with their latest, Keep The Village Alive, soaring straight to the top of the charts in 2015 - earning them their sixth number one album.
The upcoming tour will promote new album Scream Above the Sounds, which is due out on October 27 and features recent singles All In One Night and Caught By The Wind. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, September 22, from See Tickets, Ticketmaster and the official Stereophonics website.
