Man’s body is found in house
THE body of a man was found at a house in Trafford.
Police are appealing for the public’s help to find any members of his family.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, Greater Manchester Police said.
According to reports officers sealed off a house on Colebrook Road in Timperley, Altrincham, on Thursday afternoon.
A forensic tent was also positioned outside the property.
The man has been named by police as Graeme Southward, 72.
GMP have now issued an appeal to trace any relatives of Mr Southward.
The force confirmed he was found dead at home.
A spokesman said: “Officers are trying to make contact with the family. Graeme Southward was found dead at his home on Colebrook Road in Timperley on Thursday, July 12. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
“Unfortunately, despite enquiries, we have been unable to trace his family so far.”
