TRANSPORT bosses have advised the travelling public to plan ahead as Greater Manchester marks Armistice Day tomorrow.
Metrolink services will stop shortly before 11am as the nation observes a two-minute silence.
Transport for Greater Manchester said there would also be a number of minor changes to tram services for the Remembrance Sunday service at St Peter’s Square in Manchester city centre.

Villages and towns across the region will also be holding their own parades and services, which may result in localised road closures and bus diversions.
Then, later tomorrow, Manchester City host Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium, with a 4pm kick-off.
