13 The cat’s whiskers
Kimbolton to Catworth on the B660 is the sort of road the SX was designed to devour. Fast, sweeping smooth tarmac that prickles at your moral code as the desire to use all 200bhp is tempered by what remains of your common decency. The SX has been criticised for a lack of semiactive suspension, but it doesn’t need it here, or anywhere. The feedback and feel through pegs, bars and bum is almost faultless.
