Kawasaki reveal A2 licence cracker
If the H2 SX SE wasn’t advanced enough with its supercharger this and IMU that, Kawasaki have pushed the new H2 SX SE+ further still for 2019.
The biggest change is the addition of semi-active electronic suspension developed from the Showa system used on the Ninja ZX-10R SE. With base characteristics linked to the riding modes, the suspension automatically adjusts the damping to suit road conditions, with reaction times of just one millisecond. Preload can also be adjusted via three modes (Rider Only, Rider with Luggage and Rider with Passenger and Luggage), with small adjustments either way. The SE+ builds on the standard SE in other ways too, including the addition of Brembo Stylema front calipers, smartphone connectivity and integrated riding modes, which link the traction control, power mode and suspension. Kawasaki haven’t released a price but with
the standard SE already costing £18,099 we could easily see the SE+ exceeding £20,000.
