I’ve started weekly spin classes at Fit­ness First in an ef­fort to lose more body fat – and also to give my aching hips a much­needed rest from the heavy dead­lift­ing I’ve been do­ing. De­spite the light­ing, I’m not tempted to break out some dance moves.
