Start­ing from a seated po­si­tion, raise your­self on straight arms, keep­ing your legs straight out and lean­ing slightly for­ward. Hold for a to­tal of 60 sec­onds, on a 1:1 work/rest ra­tio – so if you man­age 20 sec­onds be­fore you have to stop, rest for 20 sec­onds be­fore car­ry­ing on.
