Lie on your stom­ach with your fin­gers at your tem­ples. Raise your chest and legs off the ground. Hold for 30 sec­onds. Do this af­ter each of the fol­low­ing moves to bal­ance the an­te­rior mus­cle work with pos­te­rior.
