This doesn’t just burn fat – it will also force you to sta­bilise through your core be­cause of the off­set load­ing. Push the ket­tle­bell off your body to start the swing. As the bell comes down, hinge at the hips by push­ing your glutes back. Then stand and drive your hips for­ward, al­low­ing the ket­tle­bell to rise to head height.
