REPS 5 EACH SIDE

Hold the ket­tle­bell over­head with one hand. Bend at the hips to touch your hang­ing hand to the foot on the same side. Keep your raised arm straight and keep look­ing at the ket­tle­bell through­out. Stand un­der con­trol and com­plete all the reps on one side be­fore switch­ing to the other.
