MF meets the man who’s af­ter Rich Fron­ing’s Fittest Man on Earth crown

Twenty-six. That’s the piti­ful num­ber of days 31-year-old elite CrossFit ath­lete and for­mer US Navy SEAL Josh Bridges has off from train­ing in a year. To save you work­ing it out, that means he trains 330 days over a 12-month pe­riod. And he does be­tween two and three ses­sions a day, mean­ing he trains more than 700 times from the start of Jan­uary to the end of De­cem­ber. Most of us won’t do that many work­outs in five years.
