These omelettes start your day right no matter what your fitness goal
TO MAKE EACH OMELETTE Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over a low heat. Crack the eggs into a mixing jug and whisk them with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into the pan. Cook until browned underneath, then place under a hot grill for two minutes to finish off.
