Th­ese omelettes start your day right no mat­ter what your fit­ness goal

TO MAKE EACH OMELETTE Heat the but­ter in a non-stick pan over a low heat. Crack the eggs into a mix­ing jug and whisk them with the rest of the in­gre­di­ents. Pour the mix­ture into the pan. Cook un­til browned un­der­neath, then place un­der a hot grill for two min­utes to fin­ish off.
