1 SIDE SWING

Stum­bling over the rope be­fore you can get go­ing? This Floyd May­weather move can help. Get the rope up to speed by swing­ing it in fig­ure-8s around your body be­fore you take your first leap.

2 ALI SHUF­FLE

A boxing clas­sic. Start­ing with one foot for­ward and the other back, switch the po­si­tion of your feet be­tween spins. The GOAT-stan­dard is two jumps per swing.

3 CROSSOVERS

The ul­ti­mate show-off move – but not re­ally that hard. With ev­ery other ro­ta­tion, cross your arms, keep­ing your jump tempo the same. Once you’ve nailed the pat­tern, speed up.
