Do this to fin­ish your work­out. Get into po­si­tion with your hands grip­ping a pair of ket­tle­bells and your feet on a box at roughly the same height as your hands. Brace your abs and glutes, and keep your body straight. You’re aim­ing for a to­tal of five min­utes, but you can break it up how you like – 30 sec­onds on, 30 sec­onds’ rest is our sug­ges­tion. Think you can do 2 ½ min­utes in one go? It’s your fu­neral.
