A, B and C with­out rest­ing be­tween moves.

Hold a light dumb­bell in each hand by your sides, palms fac­ing each other. Keep a very slight bend in your arms as you slowly raise the dumb­bells up and out in an arc un­til they’re level with your shoul­ders. Re­turn them slowly to the start.
