Lie on a bench set at a 45° an­gle, hold­ing dumb­bells level with your chest so your palms are fac­ing your feet. Keep­ing your feet planted on the floor,loor, pow­er­fully press the dumb­bellss straight over­head. Lower them slowly un­til they’re level with your chest, then re­peat.
