Scorch away fat with this de­mand­ing ket­tle­bell fin­isher

Ket­tle­bells are a fat-fight­ing god­send on their own – but us­ing them for com­plexes, where you per­form moves with­out rest­ing or set­ting the weight down, gives you an un­beat­able quick­fire work­out. ‘This is a high-in­ten­sity fat-burning ses­sion that also de­vel­ops strength,’ says Phoenix Strength trainer Natalie Mor­ley, who de­vised this work­out. ‘Quick tran­si­tions and pro­gres­sions of move­ment pat­terns help you de­velop func­tional strength and in­creased mo­bil­ity while melt­ing away belly fat.’


Get into a squat po­si­tion hold­ing the ket­tle­bell with both hands, with feet wider than shoul­der­width apart, chest up, back straight and thighs hor­i­zon­tal. Drive up to stand­ing, then lower again.
