CHILLI AND LIME TIGER PRAWNS

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS (SERVES 1)

150g tiger prawns / Juice of 1 lime / Hand­ful of fresh co­rian­der, chopped / 1tbsp rape­seed oil / 1 large red chilli, sliced

TO MAKE

Heat the rape­seed oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the prawns for four min­utes, turn­ing half­way through. Add the chilli a minute be­fore the end. Mix the prawns and chilli with the lime juice and serve gar­nished with the co­rian­der.
