IN­GRE­DI­ENTS (SERVES 1)

For the crust 1tbsp whey pro­tein / 100ml liq­uid egg whites / 2tbsp co­conut flour / 15g gluten-free oats / 2tsp wa­ter Toppings

a cooked chicken breast, chopped / 2tbsp tomato paste / 1 sliced tomato / 1tsp red chilli pow­der / 2tsp green chilli pow­der / 1tsp ground pep­per / 15g ched­dar cheese, grated

TO MAKE

Blend all the crust in­gre­di­ents to­gether un­til they form a dough that you can shape with your hands. Flat­ten this into a disc and fry it in a non-stick pan. Care­fully flip it when it has browned on one side. Add your toppings, start­ing with the tomato paste and fin­ish­ing with the cheese. Grill at a medium/high heat for six to eight min­utes till the cheese has melted.
