Stand fac­ing the TRX, hold­ing the han­dles with a neu­tral grip. Keep your arms straight and lower into a squat po­si­tion un­til your legs are par­al­lel to the floor. Ex­plode up­wards, press­ing through your heels and driv­ing your hips for­wards to power the move­ment. Land with soft knees and re­peat.
