170g of lean beef mince, fried with 1 tsp of co­conut oil. Add 3 canned toma­toes and 1 x cup of chopped spinach. 1 x medium sweet potato.

GRILLED CHICKEN & QUINOA

2 x small grilled skin­less chicken breasts. 1 ½ cups of steamed green beans, pep­pers & as­para­gus mixed with 100g cooked quinoa & as­par­gus/bro­colli and 8-10 al­monds.

OPEN CHICKEN SAND­WICH

2 grilled chicken breasts with bal­samic bast­ing. 1 slice of toasted rye bread, topped with fresh baby spinach, cherry toma­toes and 8-10 wal­nuts.

SUP­PLE­MEN­TA­TION (AF­TER MEAL 3):
