GRILLED CHICKEN & QUINOA
2 x small grilled skinless chicken breasts. 1 ½ cups of steamed green beans, peppers & asparagus mixed with 100g cooked quinoa & aspargus/brocolli and 8-10 almonds.
OPEN CHICKEN SANDWICH
2 grilled chicken breasts with balsamic basting. 1 slice of toasted rye bread, topped with fresh baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and 8-10 walnuts.
SUPPLEMENTATION (AFTER MEAL 3):
