IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 50g chorizo, diced / ½ an av­o­cado, diced / 50g moz­zarella, diced

TO MAKE EACH DISH Place 75mg cous­cous in a medium-sized bowl and pour 50ml of boil­ing wa­ter over it. Mix well, then cover and leave to ab­sorb for five min­utes. Fluff up the grains with a fork, then mix with the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and serve.
